Feeling sick

I keep getting waves of feeling sick and my body goes tingly, then I feel like my vision is going funny, is this just me panicking?? As soon as I feel ill I worry that something serious is wrong, does anyone else get this?

I get this, I barely started getting this. It's scary but don't panic, just breath.

Do you worry that you're going to die I know it sounds stupid??

Yes, I was at work when this happened to me. I felt as though I needed to go home and I couldn't function the whole day at work. As soon as I got home I started crying to my boyfriend. & I told him " I feel like I'm always going to die" I still feel like this but since I've been on this site which is 3 days I'm learning to just breath and drink lots of water. Don't panic, you have to breath! U will be okay! I'm in this with you!!
