Plan your day and then in the words of Nike don't think about it just do it. The less you do the less you will feel like doing.
But what if I don't have anything to do... I am waiting for college to start again which is in over a month (and I also dread that) and there is literally nothing for me to do in the meantime.
So try and look at what you can do. Maybe an exercise video from computer, ? short trips out as presumably you cant attend college without leaving your house? Home exercises. Social contact from home.
Focussed activities, preferably physical , but also reading a book (not magazine), doing and completing paperwork tasks eg preparing for college etc
If you don't change what you do you won't change how you feel. What you ask of yourself will determine the extent of your achievements
