I’m sorry getting bad again

It’s constantly about my heart 24:7 I’m trying to ignore it but I was I. The bathroom sitting on the toilet in steam and I felt my pulse it felt like I didn’t have one or I can’t breathe now I’m worried it will stop I keep getting feels like I’m not getting enough air and it makes me panick and my body feels All weak

Zhiyah dear, because of the time difference my response may be a little late.

However, I agree in what "formidable" told you. Anxiety starts with a thought,

goes into panic and ends with focusing on your breath. Slow deep inhales and

slow exhales. Once you get your breathing back in sync you shouldn't feel the numbness and tingling. :) xx

Hi! I get those fairly frequently—they started in my 20’s, and I’m now 53. They are almost always benign, and not anything you need to worry about. I don’t know if you’re male or female, but I am female and my episodes seem to coincide with hormonal fluctuations. Something that has helped calm me is watching Dr. Sanjay Gupta (not the tv doc by the same name). This Dr. Gupta is a cardiologist in York, UK. Look him up on YouTube, and it should make you feel a LOT BETTER knowing that these annoying, but I know very SCARY palpitations are usually completely fine!!!! Good luck, and please update us!

This sounds like the symptoms of a panic attack Zyiah. When it happens again, just concentrate only on your breathing, nothing else. Take slow deep breathes, and breath out deeply. Try and create a pleasant image in your mind such as a lake or mountains, etc, when you settle into the breathing. Continue doing this for a few minutes. I'm sure this will make you feel better and stop the panic.

Stop listening into yourself.thats your downfall. You know the saying "what you worry about doesn't happen." Worry is all for nothing! Try saying. So what! Freak that! I'm healthy..over and over in your mind, eventually you will get it and the scaring yourself with negative thoughts will stop ..guarenteed! Then the anxiety goes away.
