ANXIETY HAS BEEN WORSE LATELY???

Have any of you been experiencing worsening anxiety symptoms lately???

Like over the past month or so???

I have noticed a rise in this in all forums and groups...and I'm trying to figure out why.

Some crazy ideas pop into my head, but, I'm trying to be logical...

Hi Christina, they do say a full moon can affect people's behaviour but I'm not sure we're the moon is at in its size at the minute. Probably just a coincidence!! Hope you're ok😀
