Hi I am 43 years old and started suffering from general anxiety panic attacks I get so scared

What do you get scared of ? What are your symptoms?

I get tye really bad shakes then I feel like I'm going to go out of control and lose my mind. And it scares the heck out of me.

This is a panic attack, right before it happens do u smell, taste or remember anything that scares you?
