I have a question that I've been thinking about...
What is the difference between a panic attack and general anxiety? It's just most days I get this weird off balance sensation/ dizzy sensation which lasts like 6 hours out of the day. I would say though that I have a true panic attack maybe everyday... The whole thinking I'm about to die, sweats, jolts etc...
Is having a panic attack everyday realistic?? I've read in places that you only have them maybe twice a month and it concerns me that I have them pretty much everyday.....
I get them nearly every day, similar to urs,I'm gonna die ,iv gota brain tumour ,that sort of thing,iv had them about 2yrs ,iv come on here and found good friends ,in the middle of the night when others r asleep and u can't ,come on here,it's saved me and I'm better than I was ,it'll end 1day love ,that's wat I pray for,all the best to u love xxx
hello fedup,I would say your in a constant state of anxiety, and now and again it erupts into a panic attack,I say this because I am the same,I can only take one day at a time, trying my best to get through it,I cant plan for xmas or even 2moro,I hate livng like this, but a panic attack will subside leaving in its wake a general feeling of anxiety that could last for days, this is my experience anyways ,take care love Miarose xxxx
Hi Fedup, i would say yes you can have panic attacks everyday at my worst i was probably having around 3 and then i suppose they would subside slightly until the next one, i agree with miarose that you probably are in a constant state of anxiety which for everyone can have different symptoms, try and follow the methods you use to try and control/ease a panic attack when you are feeling like this and see if it works? lots of love Bunnyhop1
I am the same constant adrenaline rushing around my body, racing heart very dizzy, fed up of it I have just started taking a small dose of propranolol to see if this will calm them down x
