General anxiety

I have bad anxiety I stay home every day im starting to feel anxious at home too I really dont know what to do ?

Any suggestions or advice from someone whos been there

Hi Lulu, what's going on? When did this start & what have you done about it so far? Seen a professional?

What are the symptoms like? Do you live alone or have anybody supportive around? Try to breathe deep and close your eyes and visualize a place you like that is relaxing. Can you tell me more about it?

Hi , for anxiety no I have not seen a doctor only a counsler . It helped when I was going I don't go anymore. I do have a medical condition named SVT I was diagnosed april of this year and ever since then I've been like this ive have anxiety in the past but never this bad I took a break from work and yes I live with family well they live with me and my husband . They try to understand but you know people cant truely relate unless they have been through it

Lulu, what is SVT? Is that related to anxiety? Why did you stop counseling? Do you have any idea what triggered all this? Have you tried any anti-anxiety medication? I know it can be frightening. I live alone and I'm glad you at least have someone there with you. Tell me more if you want.

Hi Lulu, i also have been having tests for heart and get alot of ectopic beats ans runn of fast heart rate tachacardia which naturaly as made my anxiety worsen ,so i can feel more anxious indoors also ans my sleep is affected, then i had blood test which upon my platelets are a little high , and just waiting for latest results to see if lowered ! my Gp as put me on antideppressent and sometning to help my severe anxiety , so i f i was you i would see Gp for help and advise

im bad anxiety can't take the pills is awful for me as feel bad worked up all day cant rest sleep nites .. have lot health toubles to worry over them wish just feel me again ... even to day had ring doc always doing it .... numb
