Anxiety burn.

Hi all my anxiety is has been very high for months. Dose any one get anxiety burn to face I'v been getting it on and off to one side the more anxious I am the more I feel it. It's a burning and tight then numb feeling thank you in advance

Yes I get the face burns. It actually gets quite painful. My scalp, back of scull and arms burn too 😧

I hate it it scares me it comes and goes when my anxiety very high cx

Yes I hate it mainly because it's a constant reminder that my anxiey is constantly in the background.

Don't let it scare you. Just acknowledge it and then do something else. After that it soon goes ☺🌹
