I've found a outlet for my anxiety ....
Hello
I remember you very well , you used to come on sort of promoting your own blog you were writing if I remember right
I think it can be the key to helping yourself getting a hobby and really pleased to see you have found something that is helping you which you look like you have a talent for
Have you joined some kind of photograph club ? I also notice you have put a picture you have taken on Action on Depression and these must be models you are using ?
I personally like this picture the best of the two you have posted , I think so many people that suffer with MH problems are very talented if we can find where that lies which you obviously have !
Good luck and hope it long continues
Take Care x
Thank you and yes that's me ! I still write I just find it hard to post everything. Lol photography has absolutely helped me. I am not in any clubs. I'm self taught. Thank you for your positive words I hope you are doing good as well ! I'm trying to get back into the community as it helped me a lot.
Much Love,
Jeannie
I like the picture it sums up how i feel when i have panic attack and nobody much understands and feel alone and like I'm going crazy and the world is spinning and think I'm gonna die
I love that you can identify with the photo ! I'm sorry that you are still having such severe symptoms from your anxiety. One thing my therapist has told me when it comes to anxiety; positive affirmations. They work wonders. If you want to hear more about them let me know. Things will get brighter !
Much love,
Jeannie ❤️
Would love to see more of your photos
Hi Jean32, it is an intense photograph. You captured all the emotions of anxiety in one picture. It is amazing and I too would love to see more of your work. You certainly have a talent. x
She had to just sit and take ten whilst out for a walk due to a severe anxiety attack. Her head in her hands grasping onto her hair trying to stop the uncontrollable mayhem in her head willing for it to stop
Hi Jean I too took up a hobby of film making, I joined a local group and found this to be one of the main reasons for overcoming anxiety. The praise from others, the interaction and most important the focus helped me more than any medication. Keep up the positive posts. Kevin
