3YRS AND COUNTING I'VE CONTROLLED MY ANXIETY YOU CAN 2

I know it might sound silly but the key is just so simple.... It's all a mental condition. I got 2 the point where I said, "if It's my time I have no control" I honestly noticed that every emergency trip different hospitals, different states, same results, ANXIETY! I just started ignoring the symptoms and continued moving as if there was nothing wrong. Eventually I wrapped my mind around, LIVE LIFE 2 THE FULLEST BECAUSE NO 1 KNOWS THE DAY NOR THE HOUR, AND DONT WASTE YOUR LIFE STRESSING OVER WHAT IF IM DYING, THAT U ACTUALLY 4GET 2 LIVE! 😍 I'm here for whoever wants 2 talk, whoever have questions. I hope this helps some1! MAKE SURE U FOLLOW 4 MORE UPDATES! 😁

faithful_j, thanks for your uplifting post. It takes time but eventually

we all get that "aha" moment where we finally get it...It's Anxiety and the

mind game is over. We Won.

Yes. Been thinking like that recently too and it helps. I think about my worse days and figure if i did not die those days then i will be fine. Doesnt help on new bad days.
