wel really its all to do with the mind and thinking of things that make it worse cant breath shakes iv got this that rong with me so on or maybe went docs and said got this rong withyou so it starts the mind going then think next things all time then bam its stuck there and the brain mind plays tricks on you gets you frighted more frighted get the worse the anxiety starts to get more think its going to happen what ever it may be then its so hard to get rid off it cors its stuck there v.deep in mind so hard to not think about it but can go for bit just when not thinking about it all but as soon as do bang back ull force can have it for so many years but can get rid it but have to train your mind its not real cant hurt me what so ever takes time lot time bjt can do it no one can help you reall got do it your self for self people that never had them selfs never really unstand cors never had anxiety so dont know what its like to have this horrble thing i use have it my self but with lot mind work it went just best to say in head when get it not real cant hurt me relax breath slow chill not freck out when it comes on just sit down some wear tel it go.s as you know it all ways does in end meds mmmm just really put in dream state mong you out most day or night then stuck on them for years to come not good in long run good in end to come off them when ready wel i hope this mitehelp someyou people wiith this anxiety i knowhow really horrble it is to have day in day out yes you can all do it v.hard to but yougot will to fight it you can so dont let it win rule your life you rule the anxiety
That makes sense! Must have been hard growing up like that and I'm sure your parents did mean well! At least you have a control on it a little bit!
Makes you feel ill, you just don't feel normal compared to other people, you worry about all sorts of things and you think the worst will happen with everything, it's horrible and you can only snap out of it if you convince yourself enough to but it always comes back at some point
THIS IS WHAT I THINK IT IS ABOUT LIKE DOING DRUGS AS A TEEN GETTING HIT IN THE FACE NO RESON YOU LOOK REAL BAD A TRAMA YOU A ALL MESSED UP NO WAY OUT YOUR EYE LIDS DROOP YOU LOOK BAD THEN ALL AT ONCE YOU GAT ANXATY SOME BAD HAS HAPPEND YOU CAN NOT BREATH YOU FEEL SICK ALL THE TIME YOUR EYES ARE CLOSING YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE DIED BUT YET YOULOOK DEAD BUT YOU ARE STILL BARELY ALIVE YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT FOOD
