A nice long dog walk. Clears the cobwebs.

Being busy and taking my mind off it. It has to be something I like doing, not just something I have to do like housework or cutting the grass.

I find keeping a daily journal and writing down all my thoughts and feelings really helps, especially when I am having a "down day"

Hello dear, just wanted to say that we are always here to support everyone :) I am so very sorry for your suffering, you just need to have a good time and smile to give you a break, maybe someone from the family can help with your situation to enable you to have some time for yourself??

I know it is very hard but internet and support from here is a good way to start talking to each other and support each other

have a good night

I horse ride - it gives me a total focus on something else and takes my mind away from the panic - it is the one and only thing that completely takes it away from me. Even when I am in the gym or doing a class I find I can't totally let go of anxiety but when I with my horse I can! From a practical point of view, I find sipping on fizzy water often makes me feel better - bizarrely, to the point I always have to order it in a restaurant if I go out!

Hi Lozenge, how sweet that you have a horse, I bet you really love him/her :) is probably a giving you a good energy when you ride and feel happy.

what about this fizzy water :) how strange?? I wonder if it is linked to something?

enjoy your evening and kisses to your horse :)
