Maybe try going to a doctor, I'm not trying to scare you it's just better to be safe than sorry

Do you have allergies? Maybe seasonal allergies? I know my nose is always congested. I use flonase and afrin. Sometimes, I feel like I can't even eat or drink anything because I am having trouble breathing. Also, when I am breathing it feels like it isnt enough air. The deep refreashing satisfying breath we should always feel. I hate it. It makes my anxiety worse and then my negative thinking kicks in. Try a nasal decongestant like afrin, it should help temporarily, but definitely see a doctor about it. God Bless you
