I have got rid of my anxiety by about 80% and its all down to starting running. Before i started i literally hadnt ran for longer than 10 minutes in my life, and a week after starting I actually feel like the old me i would recommend it to everyone also cold showers have really helped.

I am glad exercise has helped you rid of your anxiety , it is good for you in so many ways
Some people suffering however with anxiety have other health issues that may prevent them from running myself included but just a walk or something like walking up and down the stairs in your home especially when we may have agoraphobia all helps

Yeah, I find that running is a bit rough on my body and I feel pretty crappy when I do it, but walking is certainly helpful. Some sort of physical activity is a must!
That's good running has helped you!i prefer to go for a short walk as i find walking a bit clears my head and helps me be creative sometimes
