Paranormal anxiety
Not crazy at all. I totally believe in that.
Actually I think your post is quite brave of you. Going out on a limb about the supernatural to a large social audience isn't an easy thing to do. What we do know for a fact is that every human civilization that's ever existed has turned to something other worldly to explain all the things we cannot understand with our everyday mind. Thunder and lightning happened when the Gods were angry, sexual dreams were how a succubus tormented us, unexplained illnesses were a witches curse and the list is endless. What's important is the one thing they all have in common - Our need to understand something that has gone wrong with us so that we can avoid it in the future. Mental illness, pain and fatigue are all invisible and the causes for them are difficult to pin down, sometimes there are multiple factors. That you are considering everything that you know of as a possible cause of illness is just yourself being systematic and trying to eliminate one thing at a time. I went down this path myself and eventually I stopped looking at anything outside of myself and started to focus on what was happening within. That's when I really started to make progress.
Why would your aunt and father in law who have passed to life beyond want to make your life a misery? It doesn't seem likely to me.
Anxiety has nothing to do with anything supernatural your mind plays tricks when you see shadows your mind could also be showing you things you want to see in your dreams
Dreams are like memories but those we do not remember i feel are those "dejavu" situations
Your anxiety spikes because of fight or flight response..
but good thoughts just not the slightest to do with paranormal
Many people might say that relatives who have gone on before are more concerned with protecting us than making difficulties for us.
So you ever talk to someone that knows what they are talking about with this stuff? It fascinates me too. I have mind blowing dreams at times
I have with a couple of people and they told me in a sensitive soul I get feelings of things but really never said it's affecting my anxiety that was just my own random thought.
I love that stuff.
Me too it's very interesting, and honestly it's pretty hard to deny
I believe that when we dream of the dead they’re trying to contact us
Whenever I dream of my aunt it's always the same dream and it's when I'm beyond stressed she always pulls me into the closet and tells me breath baby girl breath!! So I know she watches over me
That’s nice!
