I have this ache in the back of my head plus I had a panic attack, plus felt faint at the D&B..Dave busters ..ugh. I hated it . Well I'm somewhat cool now but I'm a bit anxious still . Any tips id appreciate it ..

Hi dear, One of the best thing you can do during pms is hydrate (water preferably), cut down on salt, as well as no caffeine. It will help with the back of head pain and mood swings. Stay well.... x

Thank you. I noticed this earlier after my yoga session how much better I felt once I drank water. :)

I think noticing is one of the biggest helps. Every month I get depressed and anxious and until my partner says 'are you due your period?' I never realise that it's just PMS. Just being aware that I'm not suddenly depressed or anxious for no reason but that it's just hormones and it will pass makes me feel better.

If it's very bad, consider going on the pill (if you're not already) or changing pill (if you're already on it) as worsened PMS can be a side effect. I was least affected by PMS on the combined pill, unfortunately I can't take it anymore for health reasons and now am on the mini pill which gives me terrible PMS mood-wise.

Hi you're right. I always know when I pms because I have more panic attacks vs when I'm off of my period . That's true . It still doesn't fully relieve the anxiety attacks but it helps get rid of the anxious thoughts & some of the hyperventilating. Lol the hormones definitely go out of whack during our cycle .

but that's great how in tune your partner is to you & your well-being. I love that. My bf , he's getting used to me having anxiety but he said he didn't even know I had it at first. We're a new couple. Anyways .. There are times he did judge , thinking I was anxious 24/7 but I educated him on everything plus said us with anxiety , sometimes we have great moments where there's no anxiety , like some go anxiety free for years , months , whatever ..so there's not only solutions but a cure. Lol but yeah I told him how I get when I pms ..he became a worry wart ever since :/ I mean it feels like sh*t but I've had the pms crap ..he's gotta adjust I guess lol it's great he wants to be there tho

Hi ere, a lot of anxiety and pms symptoms can be alleviated by supple, eating eoth magnesium. Choose a good type though, not oxide or aspartate. Also, there are some great women's supplements in Chinese medicine. They take a cycle or 2 to help but they will help. Have you had your iron levels checked? I get headaches when my iron is low.

Hope you're feeling better soon.

Hmm my iron is great , luckily . But yes I've been slacking on getting magnesium supplements or/& putting mag-rich foods in my food regimen. Thanks for the advice :)
