I want advice on how to deal with health anxiety. I think on every ache or little soreness , twinge or itch I get , i want relief. I cry sometimes because of this . It's like some obsession. I have to google every little thing . Like earlier had the tiniest pinch near my eyebrow & temple area ...& I'm like obsessive over it. Nothing else & I mean nothing else is bothering me , plus the pinch went away ..I'm thinking about it of course. I'm frustrated , & embarrassed over this. I made post on this before , & got some basic advice , but if anyone could add anything else....I'd appreciate it. I'm anxious but cool at the moment lol. 😊 this makes me totally insecure but I'm learning ways to get confident & not be anxious.
