Any other females have the same issue?

I noticed when it is close to my time of the month that my anxiety symptoms all seem to come at once. Do any of you ladies get the same way?

Like I can go a couple weeks feeling fine and then bam my symptoms all show. A few days later my menstrual cycle starts.

Every month! A week before my period starts I get the worst anxiety! I'm guessing it's hormonal. I'm sorry you go through this! I wouldn't wish anxiety on my worst enemy! 😔

It's the worse! My anxiety is driving me crazy. As if our menstrual symptoms aren't bad enough to deal with. Thank you for responding.

Yes! A few days before I start and during my cycle my anxiety is horrible.

Yes, it is hormonal and while it may be mild enough to be considered PMS, it may also be bad enough to be considered PMDD, Premenstrual dysphoric disorder. PMDD is basically PMS but 10x worse.

@manyroxie I'm experiencing those symptoms as we speak!! I think it heightens the anxiety! I started keeping a journal to record the days that it start just to see when my anxiety kicks in!! I hate it 😩 but hang in there
