Anxiety got so bad today i had to leave work. Even with xanax i could not get it to stop. Now i'm worried about losing my job, and the smaller paycheck. Aghhhh what a vicious cycle.

Hi Cinmess, I'm sorry about today being such a bad day. Xanax is a miracle drug but unless you can cooperate both mentally and physically it will not work. Your worries right now about possibly losing your job and having a smaller paycheck are adding to your anxiety. You can't control what may happen with your job but you can control reducing your anxiety. Try to work on that right now with relaxation and some deep breathing and just having time for you to clear your mind. Our bodies can only handle one stress at a time. Hoping you will calm down and feel better this evening. x
I lost my job Monday due to anxiety.ugh start a new one next week.Dr switched my meds so hopefully they work.
