My anxiety won't let me work or juss relax is very tired  I jus wanna b me again all I do is cry

Maybe try to exercise, it helps to reduce your anxiety or stress and its a great way to let out all that frustration, meditation helps too and even reading, I pray you will get better (:

I understand. I have had to take a week off work and i think the worst worry is that a week isnt long enough!? I have had axiety in the past but managed to get out of it, This week though it has come on full force and I'm lost about how to cope with it!
