Hi Michael, first you need a doctor's appointment to check further with your stomach and back pains. Your anxiety is only building on something that may not even be.
I agree with Agora. I think you have got this thought stuck in your mind and only a doctor will put our mind at ease. For what it's worth I don't think it's your pancreas, it gives you some less than subtle clues. Hope you get the answers you need soon so you can relax.
We all feel desperate at points Michael. I have spent the day breathless with a tight feeling in my throat. Trust your doctor, he knows what he's doing. Anxiety on the other hand is a bitch and can't be trusted and will mess with your head.
Awe sweety u have the same as most on here especially me? I lost my mum to pancreatic cancer 9 years ago and it destroyed me but the slightest pain I get I automatically think I have it too it's horrible I get so depressed over it it takes over ur life doesn't it u won't have pancreatic cancer the only symptom u get with that is severe back pain and you can't move and u have some other little symptoms too r u sure u ain't got a urine infection I've just been diagnosed with a kidney infection and I'm in agony and my health anxiety has plummeted through the roof so I know how you feel just try and keep calm its not that easy I know x
You will be ok soon honey it will pass I promise u I've dealt with it for 16 years now and it creeps up on me with no warning but something always triggers it off.u can always turn to us on here they will always b somebody to talk to who understands you x
