Help!!

im an anxiety sufferer. I'm 16 and a female

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but over the last few weeks I've been getting hot flushes and then the next minute I'll be freezing cold. When I stand up I get really dizzy and have to sit back down. I also feel like my head gets that tingly feeling when u get goose bumps.

Does anyone know what's wrong??

Panic and anxiety attacks can have so many symptoms.   

    Shortness of breath or hyperventilation.

    Heart palpitations or a racing heart.

    Chest pain or discomfort.

    Trembling or shaking.

    Choking feeling.

    Feeling unreal or detached from your surroundings.

    Sweating.

    Nausea or upset stomach.'

when i get mine it feels like hot tingling all over my body the feeling is so scary. Try to relax or get your mind off of things...think positive thoughts...meditate there are many online videos on youtube for meditation for anxiety. Hope you get better.

It definitely sounds like anxiety . Be calm , try to meditate. It will be good. Also remember to stay hydrated.
