Its not a definite answer but I have heard from people numerous times that their Dr has given them the pill for this reason alone so I'm guessing yes but whether it's for everyone I really don't know xx
It does help me somewhat.
I have heard both some people feel way worse and some feel much better so you need to try it and see, also I think effects are different depending on which brand
