Something is up with you - anxiety is attacking your mind, and through that, your body. It would be good if you can sit or lie down and try to relax - remember the basics - breath control, If you lose breath control you begin to hyperventilate, and that makes everything feel a lot worse.
If you can manage it, breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it for about 4 seconds and then let it out. This will ensure you are getting oxygen into your lungs and brain, helping you to calm down. Remind yourself that nothing bad is going to happen to you and that it is anxiety responsible for what you are feeling now.
When you have control of your breathing you can then look around for something to focus on other than the anxiety - the old distraction technique. Those things should really help you calm down and refocus your mind. I hope you feel better soon.

Ohhhh the head zaps I get those too and funnily enough it's whilst I'm relaxed watching TV I had two once one straight after the other I ran out the room in a panic but that was maybe 3 years ago and I'm still alive so don't worry hun it's definitely anxiety
