I'm really scared :(

My legs feel like I've ran a marathon there shaking like mad 😩 Anyone else get this it's also in my hands and arms!!

Could be the cold or flu. Or maybe just a side effect of med x

I do have a cold atm but it's been happening for a while.. I'm not on any meds I took a sertraline yesterday but not taking anymore x

I'm okay thank you ☺️ I done some excersize and the shivering has gone from being very noticeable to hardly noticeable!! I actually think excersize helps might take it up! Are you okay x

Awww that's great news. excercise is meant to do wonders for anxiety I'm thinking of trying yoga tomorrow or next week or maybe pilates! 😊

Yeh I actually enjoyed doing some excersize it wasn't long I'm trying not to loose weight.. I want to gain it ☺️ What is Pilates? Xx

It can be done on a mat I think but I've only ever done it on a machine that moves, just stretches and things, I quite liked it I've only tried it twice. I loved spinning, did that a lot but my local gym started new classes and don't do spin anymore which is a shame! Have you tried spinning?

It's brilliant - exercises on a bike in the dark to music, got to have quite good coordination for this. Worth a go if you fancy something different!

It's an all over work out! You would either love it or hate it! The first time you try it you will have sore bits underneath if you get me, ha ha due to standing up and sitting down again quickly! 😲😲

Aw that's great! You can buy a gel cover for the saddle that helps - to save you having the john Wayne walk the next day!! 😲

That's good if you go let me know how you get on, bit hard to begin with bit it's really good. I've done it for years but not since August. Boogie bounce is meant to be good too - bouncing about on a wee trampoline!! 😄

I feel like that a lot as if I've run a marathon. Not that I'm happy that you feel this way but it's comforting to know someone else gets this Not many people complain about this. Hope you feel better soon xx
