I was having the same thing. I went and got an echocardiogram it was normal so my cardiologist have me wearing a 30 day heart monitor to see what kind of palpitations I have. I’ve been wearing it for 4 days now and nothing has happen

Yes I’m good. All my test came back normal. Do you take anything for anxiety? Mine is to the point if I feel any type of ache I want to go get it seen about.

Im glad to hear your tests came back normal ☺️I’ve had anxiety for years used to be on citalopram, I came off it when I was pregnant, she sadly passed away 5 years ago and they tried to put me back on it, I just couldn’t take them, I felt really terrible when I came off them and I couldn’t bare going through that again. So no I don’t at the moment, I’ve had therapy a few times also. I’m the same if I get a pain or whatever I want to go to the doctors/hospital, I used to be there literally everyday, I have been better for abit where I’ve had hardly any or tried not to go over every little thing, but tonight I feel at my worst like back to square one, I was frantically texting my best friend and my mum as soon as it started tonight, then I felt like I was being a pain and decided to come back on here. What about you are you taking any x

Yes I’m taking lexapro 20mg. Plus I have Xanax if I need it.

Lexapro can give heart palpitations here in Belgium they not want the give a 10 mg anymore

Because I don't know but the specialists here have discovered that lexapro give this but no worries anxiety give a lot off problems

I’ve had them before too. Did all kinds of testing they found nothing. Anxiety makes it worse. You may want to ask for Xanax that will help you calm down but be very careful it can be addicting.

Feel better!!

I understand. It’s called smell the roses blow out the candle. Breath in through your nose exhale from your mouth. It’ll help.

This too shall pass.
