I'm really scared

My boiler is in my room, I've turned it off, I have carbon monoxide alarm. I keep thinking that I'm going to get poisoned from the boiler, I heard a noise when I had my headphones on and I'm panicking if it was the boiler! HELP!!!!!!

It's probably the metal settling mine makes these big bangs.

As long as you have the alarm and if there are windows there is nothing to worry about. why turn it off?

Simular thing happened to me, had headaches but its related to dehydration as I drink 2 litres of water a day - ideally should be 3-4! I linked it to gas inspection and CM leak however was me otherthinking as you do with anxiety disorder!
