Ok this is a bit.embarrassing but any how,

Im a 16 yre old male . I started masturbation 2 years ago . Recently when I masturbate my heart rate goes really high thus I have to stop half way through . This thing has made me so scared that I camt masturbate anymore without fear of cardiac arrest. I already have phobia of my heartbeating fast . I hav ekgs and echo which were negative. This thing is ruining my life . After I stop masturbation it subides completely.

Iam already 120lbs and never drink alcohol or caffiene. How can Improve my fitness?

Chill out and relax for one. Sex is high intensity. When you watch porn the people especially the men are covered in sweat and are out of breath for many reasons. Just because you don't drink alcohol or caffeine and weigh 120ibs doesn't mean you are fit! Raise your heart rate and sweat, then you'll become healthy and fit.

But im really scared that I have done damage to my heart . Today when I started ,I felt the same thus I stopped halfway through . Now my heart feels light and exhausted and I feel lightheaded

Illboy, it is true what TimTim22 has said about being fit. Because of your fear of the heart rate going up, I can bet that you tend to stay in a more comfortable zone so as not to strain or stress your heart. The heart was made to work for us through a lifetime. It's a muscle and if not used, we can get deconditioned no matter what weight or how healthy your food and drink may be.

At 120lbs. you don't want to burn calories as much as you want to get your heart physically fit to run, walk and yes have sex without worrying that you are going to have a heart attack.

You cannot do damage to your heart when doing normal everyday things. Breathe and like TimTim22 said, work up a little sweat, make your heart rate rise while working out. A healthy heart goes back to a normal pace once you are finished.

Don't allow the fear of an accelerated heart rate stop you from doing the most natural thing in all living and breathing beings. Have a sincere open talk with your doctor if you are worried. Believe me it is nothing that doctors haven't heard before. :)
