Hot Flashes

Does anyone else get severe hot flashes along with their anxiety. I usually do right before I feel a panic attack or my nerves get bad. I will even start to sweat even if It's cold out or it's cold in the room I'm in. Any one else experience this?

Yes I do, and everytime I have these anxiety hot flashes I ask my parents 'are you warm' and I they say no..then my anxiety takes over and I start thinking 'im going to die' but I never do. So yes I have experienced these hot flashes and trust me you don't need to contact any medical advice, its just anxiety. But I you feel so very very sick with it I suggest maybe checking with the doctors that you are ok.!

Hi I have experienced feeling really hot in my cheeks after a panic attack I felt really hot and got shortness of breath . How long have u had anxiety ?

I have had anxiety for 19 years and I have had hot flashes nearly everytime I have anxiety and panic attacks

Have you had any therapy or relaxation techniques for it ? And do you know what triggers ur panic attacks , like the first time you had one

I've taken meds but never any therapy or anything like that.

I've had it for over 10 years now. But over the past few years I'm experiencing new and different symptoms.
