Freaking out! Hot cheeks!?

The last two nights I have been working and all of a sudden my face gets really hot and flushed, I get Freaked out and I think I then make it worse. I'm scared I have a fever and I'm sick. It was gone throughout the day today but came back tonight at work again. Anybody get this or think it's anything??

Normal. Stress can result in flushed skin. I've had it.

Been in the same boat recently even the skin on my face went red. stress is a likely factor however anxiety doesn't help.

Thank you guys! It pretty much goes away after I'm home for about 45 minutes so it's hopefully just my anxiety becausr I am extra anxious at work.

It will be your anxiety I have episodes like this. Try a glass of wine when you get home it speeds up the relaxation lol

Ooh, do you notice a difference after consuming alcohol? I hear it increases anxiety in the long run. (And I'm not asking for me, as im underage, more so for general curiousity.)

I actually don't drink alcohol because it increases my anxiety. Different for everybody though.

It could be your blood pressure my gets this and she went doctors and her blood pressure was sky high!! Go doctors to be on the safe side. X

Thanks! I went about a week ago and it was high so they took it three times and one time was right before I left when I was a bit calmer knowing I was leaving because I hate being there. They said to keep an eye on it.

Did they not put you propanolol? That's for your blood pressure x

They didnt give me meds cuz it's not a constant problem yet
