Hi, I don't know anything about krill oil but I do know that taking aspirin (depending on how much and how often) can make you feel sick to your stomach as well as making it burn. I understand with not having insurance until January, that is too long to wait. It might not be a bad idea to go to the ER if push comes to shove. I'm sorry, I hope you will be okay. Take care...
Aspirin not good on stomach if you take everyday . I am in US, don't know what krill oil is ?
I agree fish oil can cause reflux, stop it for a few weeks and see.
You said it. With anxiety you need to eat healthy, drink lots of water and EXERCISE. Heart palpitations is a symptom of anxiety. That was my major symptom. It started over 4 years ago and I am still here to talk about it. As for your other symptoms, stop taking aspirin. Too much aspirin can affect your stomach with burning and nausea I don't know what symptoms you would have with krill oil but maybe stop that too for awhile to see if your symptoms go away. Laying around is not good for anyone. Even those without anxiety. Exercise is beneficial to our whole body, especially the heart. Not being hydrated enough can cause heart palpitations. Drink water all day even when you are not thirsty. When you do feel thirsty, it means you are dehydrated. So bottom line, exercise, eat healthy, drink water, get enough sleep and focus on other people and activities to take your mind off you. These things really do help. I hope you start feeling better real soon.
I agree, Fish oils make me burp! I have to take them of a night - otherwise my breath stinks like and old trawler! lay off aspirin and any ibuprofen as they are renowned for being hard on the digestive system. Use paracetamol if need be and drink lots of water.
