Head ache

Been suffering with my anxiety ages now however I've never really suffered from headaches. I have one now and I've had it all day I can't shift it. It's really really effecting Me and is absolutely killing me, anyone know if it could just be anxiety or???? It just really really is hurting me and it's quite scary now

Me too. I've had a headache for just over a day now and can't shift it. My anxiety has been pretty bad the last few days so I'm assuming its a tension headache. Its above my eyes where it hurts. I had my eyes tested not long ago so going to see how I go. How's yours now?

Hope by now you have found some relief. I have severe headaches, Migrane, sinus,and cluster for about 28 years and I get one of them weekly, so count your blessings....

Try not to stress as it will make it worse.

If you can get an ice pak and something you use for pain, a hot cup of Chamomile tea and get in a dark room. Listen to a relaxation CD and pray for pain relief.

It's probably allergy or barometric pressure related. Perhaps you've been under some additional stress or little sleep. Could be a bug you picked up.

I do hope you feel better soon. Check with your doc if you are concerned.

It's gone now I think I was just being a drama queen like always. I just had to sleep and take some pain relief it was really late lastnight so I didn't really have time to do anything else, thank you x

Great! So glad you feel better...I guess we really appreciate the good days after we suffer a bit! You're not a drama queen, everyone gets upset when they feel bad.
