Constant headache?

This constant headache I'm experiencing is making me think I have a tumor I've read some guy died of one because they told him it was just depression I'm so scared 😓

I suffer with headaches and migraines which make me feel sick and part of my face feels numb when I get a migraine and I have gone through all the fear that you are feeling and when I get them bad it still tries to creep in because that is what anxiety does and the more anxious we feel the less chance we are going to get rid of the headache

Try & be reassured that your Doctor has checked you over and I always think if it was something really serious something more would have happened by now

Keep drinking plenty of water that does help with headaches and I also use those cooling strips you can but that you just stick onto your forehead , I get a nice shower or bath , plonk one of those on ( you do look a bit silly but as long as no one comes to the door you are fine ) then I try and lie down and relax as above all that is what is needed to help ease the headache

Just a thought I know you say you have tests done you don't have any sinus problems do you as that can cause headaches

Do you suffer with anxiety as well? I have gotten tests done but I have not gotten an mri yet and that's what makes me think of all the worst possible things that could happen or that's happening to my head I've been drinking water and taking tablets for it but nothing has worked even took a bath, you're right about the sinuses I think I may have problems with it! I also never heard of those strips to put on your head haha I should get that, thank you for writing back to me your answer was very helpful

Have you ever found that tablets didn't work for your headaches? And have you ever gotten an MRI or catscan

Yes I do suffer with anxiety to even though over the years I have learnt ways to keep it at bay but I understand we always think the worse scenario part of why we suffer with anxiety I think but I bet it will be anxiety or some kind of sinus problem , hopefully they will get you that mri scan done soon and then you will have peace of mind

I can't even fall asleep right now cause I'm scared I'm gonna have a brain hemorrhage or something terrifying I have health anxiety too😭

I had these bad made all my teeth hurt called my dr she said I had a major sinuous infection called in antibiotics an after a week feeling a lot better! Maybe this helps

I was thinking I have a sinus infection too but was at hospital today and they didn't say anything about that hmm the constant pressure behind my nose and eyes it's weird my teeth hurt a little but did your nose feel funny too?

Nose felt funny but dry, ears hurt off an on , pressure behind my eyes, head hurt from top of one ear across my 4 head to the top of the other ear,all my teeth hurt non stop, head hurting so bad it mad me dizzy, couldn't eat that much, I felt really bad I never would have thought a sinuous infection but the meds helped an now feel a lot better! hope this helps

The headache was going on for 1 or 2 days then my teeth started hurting! I was given prednisone 10mg 1x a day for 7 days and amox TR-K CLV 875-125 mg tablet 2x a day for 10 days!
