I've experienced all of the above. Just tell yourself if you are having heart or lungs issues you would be struggling to breathe. And the head pains can be terrible and anxiety makes them worse. I've had a brain ct & brain mri all normal and I just knew I had a brain tumor.
I can't seem to get rid of this pressure in my temples. A lot of the time it's just one side of my temple. I had a ct scan done and it came back normal but I keep thinking to myself " what if they can't see if there is something in my brain" but I'm trying to tell myself that they would have seen something to make them worry to make me get an MRI.
Also I just experienced something new last night...
I was in the middle of a deep sleep and I woke up out of nowhere shaking really bad and felt like my heart was pounding. It felt like I was having a seizure or something. Idk what it could be
In your temples sound like Tension Headache. Waking up out your sleep racing heart is definitely anxiety. All that your experiencing comes from Anixtey & Stress. I'm still going through it . And I wouldnt worry myself with a Mri unless something just felt wrong. Like my headpains felt like strong Zaps They were horrible. They let up after my Mri results and I Knew it was just Anxiety messing with me.
Yeah I had really really bad head zaps too so that's why I got the ct scan. They let up after mine too, but now I just have that pressure on one side of my head. The doctor told me it could be tight muscles in my neck.
Now I keep having bad pains in my back when I breath so I keep thinking it's my heart. Ugh I feel like it's one thing after another :/
And yeah it's weird I'll wake up and it feels like my body is shaking from the inside. It's so weird . I keep thinking how is it anxiety when my mind is off when I'm sleeping. I just feel so worried about all my health problems lately. I feel like they won't go away and I'm too scared to get on anxiety medication
The EXACT same thing happens to me. Except I also get chest pain and it’s really hard for me to breathe. When I get the pressure in my head too, it makes it difficult for me to fall asleep. This isn’t just “anxiety.” Anxiety is a word that doctors give to a group of symptoms that they don’t really know the cause of. What you are experiencing is not normal at all. I’m really scared as well, but I refuse to give up without answers. I’m going to start dedicating more time to figuring out my health because I really can’t live this way. Let me know if you have any luck finding out what’s going on!
Hi Naomi, it is anxiety. I too suffer with all of these symptoms and I didn’t believe then either. But over time you realise they don’t get worse. They stay the same! So you then realise it’s anxiety. It is horrible and the symptoms are real and physical but it is something we can all beat x
Yes I get that, it's pretty embarrassing but for me it's usually after sex or masterbation. I get head zaps, pressure behind my eyes and neck and arythmic breathing. And my blood pressure gets really low, so weird and annoying...
