Hello all. I'm not sure if it's anxiety or not but I do have anxiety
I keep feeling like my breath gets taken away from me for a split second and then it comes back? It feel like somebody got a vacuum and sucks the breath out of me. It's weird. Anyone else have this happen?

Yes love scares the hell out of me. I also get electric shock feeling in my head or a feeling like I've been dropped from a high building at speed, wake shaking and gasping for air. Sometimes happens a few times a night, freaks me out. This loose wiring shit in our heads have some scary connections. pity they don't do brain transplants id be first in queue, either that or new fuse board and full rewire. Lol 😂 xxx mandy
Thanks for the reply yeah I had a cat scan done of my head but he said it came back normal , but I keep having feelings of pressure next to my left eye and temple and it's freaking me out. I keep thinking brain tumor :/
Hey if you had a cat scan a tumour would have been seen so stop worrying, I've spent 35 years worrying what a waste. Ignore the pain prob tension due to worry. If pain doesn't go away see doc or you may need glasses doc will refer you. Xxx Mandy
Yeah you're right! Thank you! That makes me feel better. I always have thoughts that what if the doctor missed something, but I need to trust their word I guess. I have a lot of tension in my neck and back which I think could be a result of it.
