Tension Headaches?

Hello, everyone. I have been experiencing the same tension headache for roughly 3 weeks now. It is almost always present. When I wake up in the morning it is not there, but it starts up when I've been up for 20 minutes or so. It's in my left temple, and occasionally it's also on the right side. It just feels like something is pressing on the outside of my head... Does anyone get similar headaches? Is this a tension headache? It's not unbearable. Just persistent and annoying. It causes me some extra worry and stress. Any advice or guidance is appreciated.

I have that with my anxiety... Feels like pressure. Like your head will explode... I take a xanax once a day for it...mines causes my ears to feel pressure as well

I know what pressure you are talking about. It's irritating, isn't it? And the more we think about it, the stronger it gets. I have found help in talking to my symptoms.....like, bring it on.....is that all you've got? The pressure never wins. Anxiety never wins.
