You seem to be stressed.
Sit down and relax, slow breathing. Relax yourself and feel your hands resting on the chair arms. Feel your Buttocks in resting on the seat cushion and relax your shoulders and spine, relax by feeling your legs into the cushion of the seat and rest your feet fully upon the floor.
Now relax, breath slow, close your eyes and feel your whole body where you sit that may help. Continue your slow breathing until you feel calm
If you have not been to the GP make that appointment. Write down what your feelings are so it will be easier for you to remember

I have been to the gp and cardiologist.. Been told it's not heart related but this squeeze I get in my chest I find artery spasms when I look into and that there is not a good test to find it ::: am I being wrong for thinking this
The tests they do on the heart will show any valve or artery problems so I suppose you can trust the tests you have had. I have had these tests several times as we get them every so often when we reach a certain age. If you are in stress you may suffer an irregular heat flutter.
This should calm down after a short period

I did some reasersch and found an artery spasm wouldn't about on a stress test .. That it's hard to catch bc it almost has to happen during the test to see
Yes this spasm is very hard to be seen. Although generally this condition is part of your complaint.
Your GP may have a small machine at practice that you can take home and that picks up this type of problem.
When you return it to the surgery the GP will be able to see any problem on the read out.
You will most probably find problem is anxiety as you could be asked what you were doing when that reading happened.
To settle your worries your GP may have this bit of kit and will lend it to you. Just a thought.
Good Luck

So the spasm could be happening and it could be anxiety that's causing it or strictly anxiety is what I am feeling
Yes, we all have problems like this if we have an argument or a stressful worry. We are all quite sensitive. Sometimes when we run the heart rate will increase to push oxygen around the body, sometimes we need adrenaline and this can also affect the heart beat. All can be part of our emotions and things me need to perform throughout the day.
Generally I feel your GP is feeling that you are getting upset or stressed and that is the problem.
When it happens, sit down and do controlled breathing. If you are still not happy see your GP again.
I am no GP and He will keep you right, it is not in His interests to find you in hospital with a dicky ticker. We are always around to give support. Please stop worrying
