Heart flutters

Here I am again, with a new symptom. For the past 3 days I've felt my heart flutter. When it happens I feel like I need to cough? To get it back to normal. I'm just waiting for it to happen again which just makes it worse. But I have this constant weird feeling in my throat like I need to cough to catch air. Any advice?

Hi I get that feeling not nice another anxiety symptom I just sit quietly and tell my self it's only anxiety I wI'll go off

Yes. I try. It's just scary. Just when you get use to one symptom another one comes along.

I get this a lot when I've been anxious for a long period of time. I thought I had a heart problem and I also had to cough when it happened. I went to the doctors and had an ECG scan, it came back clear. Showing that my heart was very healthy.

Just try and relax and just know it's all anxiety

Thank you. I'm trying. I've also got about 2 ekgs done and blood work also X-rays & they came back clear. It's just that doubt in me that maybe they missed something. Especially when I get unusual symptoms.

I'm totally the same Can't help but think they missed something even though I've been told I'm healthy.
