All the time man! I've been super stressed out lately I'm getting ready to go into the military. I've been getting pressure headaches and weird vision. I'm almost convinced it's caused by excited nerves. Anxiety and stress does some crazy things. Don't google your symptoms or it will get worse and drink some water and do something to take your mind off it and it will go away :)

It has got to a stage now where I think everything i see and frel on my body is going to kill me. I used to be a normal 31 year old until recently. I just feel like this has taken over my life now and I won't be happy unless I am told by the Dr that I do have what I think I have thanks to google. When im reality the Dr has carried out blood test and x-ray and they are all clear. I never thought someone like me xould end up being crippled bu this horrible feeling. The mind is a very wierd thing. I know I am not helping myself much by drinking and smoking and my diet isn't great, but it's nothing different from befor The doctor claimed I had aniexty. Life befor google was way much better. I'm UK btw

I know the feeling. It helps to talk about it to other people. I refuse to get help or meds because I'm going into the military and I haven't had stress this bad in like 10 years. So in yours and mines case it's best to just talk it out with people who know the same feeling. Can't wait for me to get back to normal.
