Hi Ahuesca, If it's a true dizziness at times, it could be coming from the inner ear or medication. As for what you are describing, it sounds more like a full headed swimming sensation within your head including the head feeling heavy. As for the tingling lower extremities that's usually due more from hyperventilating. To relieve that sensation in your head, make sure you are staying well hydrated and try doing some meditation and deep breathing. That can help in clearing your head. Feel better.

Thanks again for your reply..that head sensation is really annoying and can be disturbing sometimes..my bloos pressure has been fine..although theres been times when my blood pressure has gone down to 100/60 standing up from the usual 130/70..which in turn affects my anxiety beacsue then i start asking myseld if its my blood pressure making me feel this way..

Ahuesca, Dehydration can cause both the blood pressure to be low as well as feeling that "head sensation". Next time that happens, think back as to how much water you have had for the day and start hydrating. It may help. x

I get dizziness too when mine happens it feels sometimes like I get a sudden strong rush to my head feels like it’s about to knock me over or sometimes it’s like an off balance feeling I’ll get and when I lay down flat on my back it usually goes away on a short period of time. I find I get this if I didn’t get enough sleep or been laying around too much not being active. Maybe the next time you feel that way take a seat for a minute and just have a glass of cold water and I’m sure you’ll refocus and feel better! Hope this helps and hope you take good care of yourself!

ly down. and breath slowly..imagine your looking up at the sky and theres fluffy white clouds flying past your vision.each cloud that passes, imagine its taking a negative thought out of your head, only you know what is in your head...keep doing this until you have let all negative thoughts fly away with the clouds...all the time breathing slowly..I Do this for 10 minutes. and it might sound mad to you, but it does help...its very relaxing too..I got this from a mindfullness CD .message me if you want to talk..xx

That may work for some, but even as a child I felt unsafe lying down on my back - especially looking at the sky. At school we had a few relaxation sessions where we had to do this. I could not wait to get up again...We are all different eh?
