Hi There! I am accustomed to all 3 symptoms mentioned above. The cheek pain could be related to subconsciously clenching your jaw or tense facial muscles- all which go hand-in-hand with anxiety.
Try not to worry and let the symptoms pass, which they will... Worrying will cause the downward spiral of anxiety and your symptoms will only get worse instead of better.
I've read your posts. For God sakes please stop googling, you are going to drive yourself crazy! You are not dying, and you will be okay! I promise! You, like all of us, suffer from anxiety. Every imaginable symptom out there we truly feel. We don't think we feel it, we DO FEEL IT. You will be okay.
