Hello Gayle,

Thank you. I am okay, I woke up with a headache and my heart racing, it still is right now. I'm so tired, got woken up a lot and I'm positive that's why I feel like this. Not sleeping well greatly affects my anxiety. I just hope it subsides in a few hours so I don't have to lay around all day.

I remember nights and days just like that, the helpless feeling and being unable to function properly, I remember days when it was a massive chore to even hang up some wet washing and my kids had to do the shopping because I couldn't breath or do anything.

U will have a good day soon and promise me that when you are having a good day do something that will have a positive affect on combating the anxiety, go for a long walk somewhere pretty or go to a yoga class or even look up a mindfulness course. In fact there is a mindfulness community on here. If you can get the tiniest foot hold for starters you can progress but you need to keep on it and keep fighting it, learn to accept it and learn to laugh at yourself when your freaking over something and you know it's silly. Big hugs and hope you sleep

Thank you. I'm glad to hear your kids would help you. I have no one to help me out, I do everything for everyone around here and my Mom gets a lil upset when im not feelng well enough to run to the store. I think I'll look into yoga, I've thought about it before but never followed through. I'm also going to start riding my bike more but again its hard and probably not safe to pedal while feeling so dizzy. I hope I get proper sleep too because I haven't even gone to get some new bloodwork done, so thats weighing on my mind. I hope you're feeling well. Thanks again for the support.

Riding your bike probably isn't the best solution on a bad day but a little bit on a good day sounds like a plan! When I was bad last year I was falling over all the time, down stairs and off kerbs lol had to laugh at myself! Your body and mind are out of sync so focus on bringing it back together, look up grounding, mindfullness, try a little bit of something positive at a time, I'd make your bloods no 1 priority n knock it off your list X

Wow, im sorry to hear that. Sounds so scary. I never do much when im so dizzy and wobbly. I stay inside and lay around. I hope you relax when you feel that horrible. I still haven't gotten my blood done, ugh, I Just don't wake up early enough. but i've been feeling pretty good during the days. Nights get a little bad. Hope you're well.
