︶︿︶my neck and shoulders are hurting,I've been craveing for sweets all day,all I really wanna eat is cereal,ive really havent had a big appitite like that,have anyone ever felt like this before,I just need some answer

Neck and shoulder pain is very common amongst anxiety sufferers. So isla k of appetite when my anxiety first started I lost 5 kilos in a matter of 2 weeks. Having appetite can be comfort eating, pms symptoms or your body just craving something it's missing if you have an appetite that is a good thing :))
