Thanks for your comment. Its such a horrible thing to suffer with and its nice to no I'm not the only one. Although I do wish others didn't have to suffer with what I suffer with its jus nice to no thers so many out their that understand me and what I'm going through. I'm so scared of day to day life now I almost don't have much of life. I wish I could find a way to cope

Hey Little-Jazzer. It is really awful and can be so overwhelming, consuming every part of your body, mind and life. But the good news is that you can do things to help yourself. You will be ok :)

Have you tried mindfulness? or CBT? There are some good books out there on helping with anxiety. Some of these things are not quick fixes but need working on on a regular basis - but it's definitely worth it. They are great skills to learn and stay with you for the rest of your life.

In the meantime keep talking. I wish you all the best on your journey for some peace inside. Take care :)

Hiya sweetie first of all thank you for sharing with us anxiety is lethal I've had it 15 years and although I've been ok for awhile I'm still bad at my worst please listen to what wired is telling you CBT is amazing it helped me so much and it trained me to train my mind at its worst it doesn't always work for everyone though.? What you have to do first is discover your triggers mine is death the fear of it petrifys me but it starts me off badly I get the full anxiety feelings too shaking, heart pounding out my chest hot sweats I also get it everything you are is described to a "T" how I am, but just remember it's normal we all go through it sometime in our life unfortunately I do hope u start to pick up soon as it doesn't last forever take care and hear if u need me xxx
