Ridiculed wherever I go

Just wondered whether anybody else gets laughed at in shops,etc?

Why do you feel people are laughing at you? Are you generally uncomfortable when you leave the house or worried about anything in particular? You might just be paranoid about something so you think people are laughing at you. Why would they be doing it to you?

I probably had feelings like this at one point in my life or other. Wondered what people were staring at etc. Just try to let it go - they might be looking at someone behind you or just happen to glance in your direction when they were laughing at a joke or something. It can easily make you feel it was about you - but it probably wasn't.

You should see someone as this should not be your normal way of life.

I know it's hard to deal with anxiety like this but you need to see someone. Don't put up with these feelings.

Thanks for the reply.I'm a 50 yr old,semi-homeless man,so maybe my being homeless has something to do with it?

Probably, as you'll see the difference between yourself and other people more as you know your circumstances are different. Others may just assume. What do you mean by semi-homeless? Are you sofa-surfing at the moment?

No,I actually own a piece of woodland ,and live as reclusive a lifestyle as prevailing conditions will allow.I am totally friendless, my only solace books.

Why are you so alone. Do you choose to be or does society force you to be. Do you not enjoy people's company. You sound extremely sad as well. Do you work. Are you coping ok in life or do you feel like giving up

You sound like a very beautiful,loving person.I'd occasionally like someone like you to visit.Mostly I just prefer my own company.Back in the 90's I was a 7.5 ton truck driver doing long distance work.

Why worry about other people actions the only person that matters is you,they are only showing thier ignorance when making fun of others,you say your friendless,if thats your choice than ok,its your life so stuff them ,just be happy your doing whats right for you ,good luck ,,,,
