Its taking a toll on my relationship because im trying to help othes and my SO is getting drustrated because I dive too deep on this website to help others that im forgetting to respond to her texts.. i have to take a break farewell to all

hi please think about it more.i was the same as you a few months ago.what we do for others in terms of helping is amazing.why don't you just check in once a week see how you feel.people would miss your support a lot.

Kev, It hurts to hear that but I totally understand. You've more than carried a lot of us through difficult times and more. Your pics were enlightening and your laughs were refreshing. You have a lot going on in your life right now and that should take priority.
I wish you and your miss (with the beautiful eyes) a life's path that brings you much happiness. Kick the pebbles in the road out of the way, go around the boulders and you will reach your goal of anxiety free.

About 15 of us going through this needing to leave the venue every month or so. Then we're back. See you Kev in about two weeks.'Cause all you have to do is cut back your involvement to a moderate amount of time and energy. If you are supported and helped as much as you support and help others, this venue is good medicine for your anxiety, yes?
It doesn't need to be all or nothing. Moderation.

I totally understand because it’s causing a riff in my relationship too. :/He’s mad I won’t confide in him enough...I’m always on here. It’s not that i don’t trust him. I totally do & he cares for me. I still feel like an alien with this anxiety that’s all . Some things i feel like he won’t get , no matter how many ways i explain . Idk. But I seriously hope to see you on here every once in a while, once in a blue moon maybe lol. Thank you for the advice you’ve given or the fact you even payed attention and listened and understood me & everyone else you’ve listened to and been there for . I wish the best to you and the misses ! We all get that priorities come first , so tend to the relationship & again I wish you both the best. Happy holidays to you in advance ! 💕💕
