Does this happen to anyone else?

Does anyone ever get suddenly really cold with anxiety? Its like I will get chills all over my body then my muscles with shake and quiver. Or my face and ears will get very red and hot. When anything in my body feels different or off it automatically triggers my anxiety. I hate it. I just want this to go away.

I get the opposite! I get heat. It starts from by belly and its like I'm being microwaved! (not that I know firsthand!)

I get that problem

Understand it is caused by walking over someone else grave.
