Hi all

I hope you're coping ok.

Im having a real bad time of it.

Xmas day I had a feeling that my tongue felt tingly and hairy which sent me into a panic.

I still have the hairy tingling on and off but also I'm having swallowing issues, where food feels stuck in my lower throat.

I'm now dreading eating at all and avoid any dry foods as I am so anxious.

I know its probably my anxiety again blowing things up as I've been having, crawling head sensation and pulsing in my ear on and off.

Still I'm off to the doctors tomorrow as my mind has convinced me it must be life threatening.

I really hate this and just wish I would wake up tomorrow happy and anxiety free.

Love to all

Hi cwoodside

Not to bad at the moment

Saw my doctor today and she says I've had lots of blood work done, all of which is clear and she feels my symptoms are definitely anxiety related. She said swallowing and crawling head symptoms are quite common!!!!

Im currently doing talking theapies so will continue with this as I know i have health anxiety.

I hope you are coping yourself and thank you for your reply

Hi cwoodside

Docs haven't done any tests on me recently but all blood work came back normal before.

So docs think all my swallowing and head crawling symptoms etc are anxiety related.

I'm happy with that and have to say since speaking to docs today I've felt a bit better in myself.

Its amazing what your mind can do to your body the more you worry.

I sometimes wake up feeling like I've had no sleep when i know I've had a good 7-8 hours and my body just feels bruised.

Here's hoping that 2015 we kick this awful illness.
