I am still dealing with bad anxiety and depression. I get the physical symptoms of more head related things that are related to my vision. Natural light makes me feel weird. Lately I have bern having this weak feeling go up my arm along with low back pain. I still feel alone, in terms of friends.

I'm sorry you feel alone and I definitely understand.. I'm in a state where I know nobody and haven't been able to make any friends. Talking to someone that gets it would be nice. I'm new to this app but if there is a messenger on here feel free to send me one I'm always down to talk
You can send private messages on here, on phone it is the two speech bubbles at the top of the screen.
Nice to meet you.
It's awful to feel this way, it does help to speak to do some and having friends in the same boat can be a real help too.
There are lots of us on here who have or are going through this so don't be afraid to come on for a chat with us all. You can give me a shout I'm always up for making a new friend.
Hi KatieRichie94. I haven't seen you on for a while and was hoping life was treating you kinder. But it happens that anxiety and depression come back. I know it can be disturbing and scary but hopefully the things we have learned in the past will help us shorten the extent and intensity of both. My vision is always blurry and yes natural light makes it worse. Are you still on medication? As long as we are tense, we will experience weak feelings, shaking and pain. I know what it's like in feeling alone. How can we not when no one understands. But you came to the right place because you know we all care about each other. We are never alone when on the forum. What's been happening in your life lately? x
It gets better then worse. That is the lovely cycle. I have a strong relationship and completed a semester of school. Also starting a new job this weeek. How are you?
Good Luck on your new job. I wish you well. The ups and downs with anxiety are to be expected but hopefully we learn how to push forward and not allow it to rob us of our passions in life. You've done well x
