About 2 years ago I started Counselling for my GAD which was very helpful. However it has come back and so I have returned to the Counsellor. As well as talking she asked me if I would be willing to do some focusing. It's where you relax and look deep inside you for what is causing you anxiety. By observing it you can begin to accept it and can deal with it ( I think that's the idea). Has anyone else tried this and if so was it any help? Thanks
